IM's 2024 Voters' Guide: Who to Vote For
General Election: November 5, 2024

Ballot Explainer:
We did not take a position on the County Court Judge group 9 race because both candidates are good, and each one has been endorsed by a Democratic elected official whom we support.
For the Supreme Court and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals: All of these Judges have taken positions harmful to Floridians and to our values. The two Florida Supreme Court Justices on the ballot voted AGAINST putting Amendment 4--the pro-choice amendment--on the ballot.
For the Constitutional Amendments:
1. Vote NO because this would bring politics even more heavily into School Board elections. It would make School Board races more expensive because there would have to be primaries for those seats.
2. Vote NO because this would interfere with taking guns away from dangerous people, and with wildlife conservation.
3. Vote YES because this would protect personal marijuana users from arrest and criminal records and provide for regulation of its sale.
4. Vote YES because this would protect Floridians from the extreme 6-week abortion ban.
5. Vote NO because this would deprive counties of funds needed to provide services.
6. Vote NO because this would increase the role of big money in politics.
